Meet Jake Griffith
Jake Griffith was born in Tulsa, OK and moved to Texas in 2011. Jake is the founder and owner of Griffith Realty Group. When he established Griffith Realty Group in 2021, his vision was to create a state-of-the-art real estate brokerage that provides an unmatched, top-notch experience for both sellers and buyers of real estate, and also other agents whom he sponsors.

After years of thriving as a top-producing Realtor in North Texas, I recognized a recurring challenge: many clients, and even fellow agents, were underserved by brokerages that prioritized volume over personalized attention.
As someone with a passion for both real estate and mentorship, I saw an opportunity to fill that gap by creating something better.
In 2021, I launched Griffith Realty Group, a modern, client-first brokerage built on integrity, transparency, and high-performance service. It was a way for me to take full ownership of the real estate experience for my clients and agents alike. I wanted to build a company that focused on smart contracts, strategic marketing, agent development, and genuine client care.
I have built a strong team of like-minded Realtors, our ultimate goal being to ensure that every transaction reflects the trust clients place in us.
